Our return Policy:
Returns Policy - Cypress's return policy allows for Products purchased directly from Cypress Ltd. to be returned by you after obtaining a Cypress
return authorization number (RMA) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by Cypress for a refund. The RMA number
may be obtained from Cypress's Customer Support, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Product's container. Products must be returned in the
original packaging. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMAs are valid for only 30 days from
issuance. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to
Cypress. If you return Product to Cypress(1) without a RMA from Cypress (2) beyond the 30 day period, or (3) without proper packaging, Cypress retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.

Buyer Must Know:
1. Please do NOT return any items without contact us first!
2. FOR DVD PLAYERS we DO NOT charge any restocking fee on the return or canceling order after shipping of all products. Shipping is NOT refundable.
3. Cancel order before shipping will not be charged any restocking fee.
4. If there is a price change, it will NOT infect previous order.

Important note:
One-Year Warranty. If your Momitsu product fails at any time within one year due to any cause other than abuse, return it and Cypress will replace or repair it at no charge to you. The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way. All Momitsu products purchased through Cypress Ltd. come with US spec. power cord, English menu and instructions, 1-year USA warranty and technical support provided by Momitsu through their US agent.
